Lease Agreements
Typical lease terms are from three to 10 years. Longer terms may be allowed. Rent will be adjusted by CPI annually with a minimum increase of 3 percent. Tenants are responsible for the proper maintenance and cleaning of leased space. There is a utility charge of $2.25 per square foot annually.

| Foreign-Trade Zone No. 25 With the recent redevelopment and expansion of the Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ #25), Port Everglades offers even more reasons to locate your business on site.
