Lease Agreements
Typical lease terms are from one to five years, with terms of ten years or more being allowed. Rent for multi-year leased will be adjusted by the CPI annually with a minimum increase of 3 percent. Tenants are responsible for the proper maintenance and cleaning of leased space. Utilities are charged to the tenants on a per square foot or pro-rata basis depending on the facility.
