Traffic Alert - Convention Center Area

Port tenants, visitors and cruise guests should expect traffic delays Friday and Saturday, July 24 & 25 in the Broward County Convention Center area due to two events taking place each day. Between 5,000 and 8,000 attendees are expected daily. Motorists are encouraged to use the port entrances located at Federal Hwy (US1) / State Road 84 and I-595/Eller Dr., or use the Convention Center Connector.

Some 4.4 million cruise guests are expected in 2025.

Each air-conditioned cruise terminal is fully accessible and offers free Wi-Fi, snack and beverage machines, restrooms and comfortable seating. As part of the port's continuous investments in creating a warm welcome, artwork by local emerging artists and world-renowned masters such as Dale Chihuly is featured in each cruise terminal.
