Construction-Related Traffic

Several Florida Department of Transportation construction and maintenance projects that involve lane closures on state highways in Broward County are expected to impact inbound and outbound port traffic.

• 9:00AM to 2:30PM on Tuesday, July 1st

Two right lanes on northbound U.S. 1 (Federal Highway) and the I-595 eastbound to the U.S. 1 northbound ramp will be closed for repairs.

• 9:00AM to 3:30PM on Wednesday, July 2nd

Two left lanes on I-595 eastbound before U.S. 1 will be closed for repairs. Once complete, one right lane will remain closed for maintenance work.
